Title: Senior Manager / Manager – Mission Systems & Payload

Location: Ahmedabad

Senior Manager / Manager Mission Systems & Payload Engineering will own the operation, maintenance, integration, technology absorption and development of mission systems and payloads for aerospace, defence and UAV/UAS platforms, from requirements through testing, qualification and productisation.

The role will serve as the technical owner of the vertical and interface with OEMs/external agencies and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality and test teams, ensuring technologies are understood, maintained, integrated, validated and converted into internally controlled products.

The scope includes:

•

EO/IR, thermal, imaging and LRF systems

•

ESM / ECM and RF/electronic mission systems

•

Radar and advanced sensing systems, including MPR / ISAR / SAR

•

Mission electronics, processing, data handling and associated software/firmware

•

RF/communication, power, mechanical, electrical and data interfaces

•

UAV/UAS platform, GCS and ground-system integration

•

Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, trials, modification and product development

The role requires practical, multidisciplinary technical ownership, with the ability to interpret equipment documentation, identify field problems, absorb external technologies and drive system-level improvements.
