Sr Manager / Manager

Job description:

• Manage overall HR, personnel and administration activities for the PMC project.
• Plan and coordinate manpower mobilization, deployment, onboarding and demobilization of PMC personnel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, contracts and personnel documentation.
• Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, medical facilities and other site requirements.
• Monitor manpower deployment against approved project organization and budget.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations issues.
• Prepare HR/MIS reports and manpower status reports for Project Management and Head Office.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Head Office and client representatives on HR/personnel matters.
• Ensure proper documentation for insurance, statutory compliance and project personnel records.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
