Mulmul is looking for a highly driven and creatively inclined brand professional to lead execution across campaigns, launches, shoots, PR, influencer partnerships, events and brand storytelling.
This role requires a strong balance of creative sensibility and operational excellence, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. The candidate will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to strengthen Mulmul's brand presence and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of brand campaigns, launches and seasonal collections
- Manage campaign and shoot production end-to-end
- Coordinate with stylists, photographers, agencies, production houses and vendors
- Drive PR initiatives and media relationships
- Build and manage influencer and celebrity engagement programs
- Execute gifting and seeding activities
- Plan and execute brand events, store launches and experiential initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across online and offline touchpoints
- Work closely with the founder on creative direction, communication and brand evolution
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, design and operations teams for seamless execution
- Manage timelines, budgets and vendor deliverables efficiently
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, communications or brand experience roles
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brands preferred
- Strong understanding of shoots, content production and campaign execution
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Strong aesthetic and storytelling sensibility
- Experience handling agencies, influencers, media and external partners
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Comfortable working in a founder-led setup
- Open to feedback, rapid learning and evolving responsibilities
