Oversee the development and implementation of management programs to enhance organizational performance.
Collaborate with senior management to identify program goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze program performance and make improvements as needed.
Provide training and support to staff on management program activities.
Prepare and present reports on program activities and outcomes to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of program activities and progress.
