Job Summary:
Lumino Industries Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and qualified Senior Manager – Accounts to lead and manage core accounting functions. The role demands strong expertise in balance sheet finalization and financial statement review, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and accuracy in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end core accounting operations.
- Lead the preparation and finalization of balance sheets and ensure timely closure of books.
- Review and validate financial statements in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting systems and processes.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in accounting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in core accounting, balance sheet finalization, and financial statement review.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle deadlines and manage responsibilities independently.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
