Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end performance for your function, including metrics, process improvements, and team management.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance; ensure timely closure of open shipments.
- Manage day-to-day B2C logistics operations: transportation planning, route optimization, carrier management, and delivery scheduling.
- Drive reconciliation of open shipments and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Define, track, and improve KPIs and SLAs.
- Proactively identify issues, escalate risks, and drive timely resolution (internal and external stakeholders).
- Lead continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Identify process gaps and recommend tech-enabled solutions.
- Build strong communication channels across logistics partners and internal teams (Finance, Tech, Fulfilment, Customer Service).
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Generate reports and perform ad hoc analysis using Excel or other data tools.
Qualifications- 5–6+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment.
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks).
- Strong experience managing 3PL partners and last-mile delivery networks.
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with WMS and other logistics technologies.
- Strong business judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in team environments.
