Key Deliverables

• Lead legal research and provide counsel on emerging technologies, regulations, and business models in the blockchain space
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize key legal documents including agreements, NDAs, and MOUs
• Advise internal teams on legal risks and develop practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage external legal relationships and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
