About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen technical, operational, safety, and leadership capabilities across renewable energy domains. This role combines strategic L&D design with endtoend recruitment leadership to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• L&D Strategy: Develop and execute learning frameworks aligned with renewable energy business goals.
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct TNA, design structured learning pathways, and manage competency mapping.
• Leadership Development: Drive succession planning, leadership programs, and capability building.
• Blended Learning: Manage LMS platforms, elearning, classroom, and external partnerships.
• Training Effectiveness: Track ROI, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and hiring across renewable energy functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBAHR/MHRM.
• 8–10 years in L&D, with 3+ years in renewable energy, power, utilities, or EPC.
• Strong knowledge of renewable project lifecycle, safety, and compliance.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.

Compensation

CTC up to 30 LPA (commensurate with experience).Regards,
