Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Learning & Development will lead the organization's learning initiatives through systematic digital management, structured training programs, and performance-driven development frameworks to enhance employee capability and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage systematic digital Learning & Development processes across the organization.
  • Design, implement, and administer Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Develop and curate LMS-based training courses and learning content.
  • Conduct training needs assessment to identify competency and skill gaps.
  • Plan and execute skill development and structured training programs.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and employee development.
  • Drive regular performance appraisals in coordination with department heads.
  • Create and monitor employee growth and development plans.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and capability-building support for staff and leaders.
  • Track learning outcomes through analytics, reports, and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational vision and goals.
