Senior Manager (L5) – Project Execution

Conduct Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for DAP submitted by suppliers for facilities planned with inputs from user agencies and planning team.

Ensure facility readiness at various project milestones to meet timelines.

Comply with legal and safety requirements for suppliers/service providers and working personnel.

Execute facilities and equipment planned for projects and validate manufacturing processes to achieve target deliverables in terms of delivery, quality, and timelines.

Arrange trainings for operations teams on new equipment and technologies.

Achieve station readiness scores with CFT for timely product maturation in Beta, PO, BBO, PP SOP phases.

Verify MBOM, estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for cost roll-ups.

Implement Engineering Change Management (ECM) for current and new products, conduct try-outs, and resolve issues from trials.

Update and release process documents (IATF-16949, WCQ) for current products and corrections from quality, manufacturing, process change requests, PFMEA, or MPAP.
