Senior Manager (L5) – Engineer Chassis Suspension & Structural Elastomer

Provide inputs to RFQ and DFMEA; prepare and execute Design Validation Plan (DVP) and RLDA analysis for durability block cycles.

Plan and conduct performance tests including static/dynamic characteristics and durability tests for development and benchmark parts.

Ensure DVP test, analysis, and release of FIR/Green Reports as per NPI project timeline.

Provide material and performance specifications to design teams.

Monitor and ensure product quality against material specifications during proto part development for IC and EV platforms.

Resolve field failures and drive current product improvements.

Benchmark structural and functional chassis and suspension components.

Generate cost reduction ideas and create technical guidelines, specifications, and product-specific guidelines.

Develop and implement new material technologies on TML products.

Compile data and maintain a material property library.
