Senior Manager (L5) – Cost Engineer – Electrical Prop

Develop target and detailed shouldcost estimates for electrical propulsion components using modelbased costing tools

Generate and refine directional and detailed cost targets as designs evolve through product development stages

Create accurate shouldcost models and tooling cost estimates to support CAPEX planning and cost targets

Collaborate with engineering to ensure designtocost and sourcetocost target achievement for electrical components

Perform cost driver analysis and supplier quotation analysis to support negotiation and costreduction strategies

Benchmark costs against competition and best practices, and execute analyticsbased levers to drive cost efficiencies

Lead cost reduction idea generation workshops and develop cost reduction plans using analytics tools (e.g., LPP, Weight Tree, Cost Tree)
