Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Manager L&D (Sales Enablement) to lead end-to-end sales training, onboarding, and capability-building for our Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Solutioning teams. This role will shape our sales readiness strategy and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue impact and reduce ramp time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver onboarding, sales bootcamps, and capability programs.
  • Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, and enablement content.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
  • Run ongoing workshops, refreshers, and coaching sessions.
  • Measure training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
  • Stay updated on sales trends, buyer behavior, and modern methodologies.

Experience & Skills

  • 1215 years in Sales and 23 years in Sales Training/Enablement.
  • Strong B2B sales and consultative selling knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact sales pitches.
  • High ownership, influence, and stakeholder management.
