Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver:

  • Own and scale the complete employee lifecycle across identity, access, and device provisioning, ensuring secure, policy-driven onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
  • Lead administration and governance of Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, group policies, SSO, MFA, conditional access, and security configurations.
  • Manage and optimize automation using GAM, Directory APIs, and scripting frameworks to eliminate manual processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee identity governance and access controls within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Administer and secure enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise, ensuring compliance and appropriate access governance.
  • Design and enforce standardized endpoint configurations across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and enterprise handheld devices (HHDs).
  • Lead and optimize MDM/UEM platforms such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf to ensure enrollment coverage, compliance monitoring, patch management, and device hardening.
  • Integrate identity posture with device compliance to support Zero Trust security principles.
  • Develop automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Google Apps Script to streamline provisioning, access management, software deployment, and compliance checks.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation, endpoint security alignment, and proactive monitoring in partnership with InfoSec.
  • Optimize SaaS licensing, access utilization, and asset lifecycle governance.
  • Define SLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards while leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as domain migrations, large-scale MDM rollouts, identity consolidation, and compliance audits.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability, security posture, and user experience.

Are you who we're searching for

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, with strong exposure to identity management, cloud platforms, and endpoint ecosystems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in:
  • Google Workspace administration and automation
  • GAM and Directory APIs
  • XDR/MDR
  • GCP IAM
  • Slack Enterprise governance
  • Endpoint management platforms (ManageEngine, Intune, Jamf, or similar)
  • Strong automation and scripting capabilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Google Apps Script).
  • Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, federation, conditional access, PIM/PAM, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Experience integrating identity platforms with HRMS, ITSM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and patch/configuration management at scale.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale environments (3000+ users preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
