About the Role

As a Technology Trainer, you will play a key role in driving effective learning and adoption of IT applications across the organization. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training content and ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications. Your role will require strong communication skills to keep the employees & dealer's community informed and aligned with the business processes, while also providing support to ensure adherence to IT application guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on business IT applications/tools and update users on changes

• Support dealers with data entry in SF / Sales Force/MIS ERP, DMS and RD-DMS while ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the business processes

• Develop and implement mechanisms to measure training effectiveness; prepare corrective plans as needed

• Collaborate with business partners on the deployment and process implementation of IT business applications

• Monitor application usage among partners to ensure adherence to IT processes and standards

• Provide expertise and strategic insights related to IT business applications

• Design training content tailored to objectives from training needs analyses

• Capture, maintain and publish training data regularly, sharing updates with key stakeholders

• Analyze feedback from knowledge transfer sessions, sharing actionable insights to improve training

• Draft and circulate communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging

• Engage employees in learning activities, fostering an environment of continuous knowledge growth

• Proactively monitor IT application performance and address user requirements without impacting operational efficiency

Key Attributes

• Basic IT knowledge: Computer hardware, core network devices, LAN/WAN, NOC network, email systems, network printers, MS Office and web applications

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion/SAP/ERP, DMS, RD-DMS and other enterprise applications

• Ability to travel across India to support multiple centers and dealer networks

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners

• Positive attitude, capable of assessing situations and providing practical solutions

• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience

• Experience: 9-12 years of experience in IT training, application support or a related role, preferably within Sales & Services

Skills:

o Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey IT application usage

o Experience in Vendor Evaluation, Project Implementation, UAT & Integration of domain,SAAS, PAAS.

o Organizational and planning skills to effectively manage training sessions and materials

o Strong analytical skills
