Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 20-30 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
