Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager IT to lead the IT function for a large Integrated Steel Plant. The role involves managing enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centers
- Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) and ensure seamless plant integration
- Drive digitalization initiatives across production, maintenance, and commercial functions
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery planning
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and AMC agreements
- Lead IT team and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Ensure system uptime and minimize operational disruptions
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in IT leadership within manufacturing / steel industry
- Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation and plant automation systems
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and network architecture
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
