Oister Global is looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund reporting, or a related role within venture capital, private equity, private credit, asset management, or a family office environment. Familiarity with AIF structures, fund lifecycles, capital calls and distributions, reserves, and portfolio reporting is essential, along with experience producing investor-facing materials and engaging with sophisticated LPs. Strong writing, sound judgment, and strong academic credentials are required. An undergraduate degree is mandatory, with MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent a plus.
As India's alternatives market expands, this role will help set the standard for how investors engage with the asset class through Oister, making complexity usable without losing detail. As the investor base grows, the role can expand into broader Investor Relations ownership with strategic responsibility.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL OWN -
INVESTOR EXPERIENCE & JOURNEY
Map and continuously refine the end-to-end investor journey across products and structures
Ensure investors understand what they own, how it works, and how value is created over time
SUBJECT-MATTER DEPTH
Deep understanding of AIF structures, fund lifecycles, reserves, reporting norms, and disclosures.
Translate complex fund mechanics into clear, precise investor communication
REPORTING & COMMUNICATION
Own quarterly and annual reporting, SOA, portfolio updates, and investor letters Set standards for clarity, consistency, and institutional-quality presentation
INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT
Act as a trusted point of continuity for investors post-allocation
Support LP events, closed-door sessions, and thoughtful investor touchpoints
STANDARDS & SYSTEMS
Build and improve IR processes, reporting frameworks, and transparency benchmarks Anticipate investor needs as the platform and investor base scale
LONG-TERM FUNCTION BUILDING
Help define what excellent investor relations looks like in Indian private markets Lay the foundation for a scaled, high-quality IR function over time
