Senior Manager – International Sales

Duratuf Products Pvt. Ltd.| 10–15% International Travel

At Duratuf Products Pvt. Ltd., we are building a strong global presence in the industrial safety and PPE industry across 60+ countries. We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Senior Manager – International Sales to lead and scale our international business operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, global business expansion, distributor development, and revenue growth.

Requirements

What You'll Be Responsible For

Global Business & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive international sales revenue and GP targets

  • Lead aggressive international business expansion across key regions

  • Develop strategic growth plans to scale international operations
  • Work closely with leadership on business strategy and execution

Distributor & Channel Development

  • Build and expand distributor networks across regions such as:
    • Middle East

    • Africa

    • Southeast Asia
    • LATAM
    • CIS markets
  • Identify, onboard, activate, and scale channel partners
  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key accounts

International Market Expansion

  • Enter and establish business in new international markets

  • Launch new product categories globally

  • Drive customer retention and long-term account growth

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage the international sales team

  • Drive a high-performance and execution-focused culture

  • Conduct regular reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning

CRM & Sales Excellence

  • Ensure strong CRM-driven sales execution

  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline

  • Build scalable international sales processes

What We're Looking For

Experience Required

  • 10–14 years of experience in International B2B Sales

  • Background in Industrial, Manufacturing, PPE, Safety, or Electrical sectors preferred

  • Strong experience in:
    • International distributor/channel development
    • Revenue and GP ownership
    • International market expansion
    • Team management
    • CRM-led sales operations

Key Skills

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Understanding of exports, shipping, Incoterms, LC/TT

  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and global stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset with execution excellence
