- Perform analytics and process walkthroughs to identify leakages
- Review loss & damages of shipments & other leakages identified in past internal audit reports
- Develop / refine dashboards for continuous monitoring
- Identify actionable and ensure effective closure of identified gaps
- Work with Data Science team for effective monitoring and predictive analytics
- Work with Security team for appropriate investigations of shipment losses
- Work with Ops team for appropriate corrective actions
