Job Description

The Senior Manager - Insurance Risk Management Administrative Services will lead and oversee a team responsible for managing insurance operations, risk administration, policy governance, claims management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures effective risk coverage, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across insurance and risk-related administrative services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 25+ professionals across insurance administration, claims, compliance, and risk support functions
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members
  • Drive performance management, coaching, succession planning, and capability development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, collaboration, and customer-centric service
  • Address performance gaps, escalations, and employee concerns proactively
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product and engineering teams.
  • Standardize and optimize insurance and risk management processes
  • Track SLAs, turnaround times, and service quality metrics
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives

4 Required Skills And Experience

  • 8-10 years of BPO/KPO industry experience involving hands-on dealing with insurance clients.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large teams (25+ members)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and documentation capabilities
  • High attention to detail, governance focus, and decision-making discipline2-3 years of experience in Professional Services leadership roles
  • Prior experience in leading insurance or risk management operations at scale

Personal Attributes

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is a must.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignment concurrently is required.
  • Be a self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude.
  • A person with a positive frame of mind and Requirements:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or related field
