Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations

Lead the team that keeps payroll running.
PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions. This role directly manages the infrastructure engineers who keep it available — across both our legacy estate and the cloud platform we are building toward.

It is deliberately hands-on leadership. You will guide a team and still open a terminal. If you want a purely managerial seat you will be bored; if you want to lead engineers whose work has visible consequences while staying technically credible, this fits.

You will lead three to six infrastructure engineers, own their growth and feedback directly, drive cloud assessments and workload migration, troubleshoot across application tiers, own DR planning and testing, manage hosting and MSP relationships, and handle capacity planning including specifying and justifying new hardware.

You will need

• 10+ years infrastructure and application support in production, including 5+ years managing a team
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
• Azure depth complex Azure infrastructures, migration automation, Site Recovery, multi-subscription structures
• Docker and container infrastructure
• Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
• Microsoft SQL and the wider Microsoft stack
• Strong Windows and Linux scripting
• Data center facilities, hardware, and self-hosted security knowledge
  
  

Strongly desired SOC 1 / SOC 2 or equivalent compliance experience.

The schedule 600 PM - 300 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. The role includes after-hours maintenance and on-call as needed. Full overlap is what puts you in planning and prioritization conversations with US leadership rather than receiving the outcome.
