Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Infrastructure and Logistics

This role requires enabling BCP and IT DR testing for different stakeholders and accounts in Genpact primary. The key responsibility is to ensure BCP and IT DR testing and provide required support for the enablement. Enabling return to the office from an IT standpoint for the approved accounts. Maintaining People redundancy across IT Functions along with Vendor Governance. Along with this maintain IT assets related to BCP accounts and relevant documentation and trackers.


Roles & Responsibilities:-Engage with Operations / Transitions for verification of Business Continuity Solutions
-Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
-Continuously evaluate risks and mitigate and develop risk mitigation within Business Continuity Plans
-Participate in the vendor BCP testing and planning and their reviews.
-Act as the primary point of communication for Service Assurance solutions.
-Work with various stakeholders to continuously expand the scope for the BC plan for Genpact.
-Engage with business teams for their BCP strategy and reviews and participate in their testing if required.
-Team leadership and managing business relationships.
-Facilitate the internal audit for the BCP plans for Genpact.
-Work with dependent teams in case of any issues and ensure timely resolution.
-Continuously evaluate risks and mitigate and develop risk mitigation within Business Continuity and people redundancy.
-Communicate and articulate various plans and procedures with Leadership and relevant teams.
-Share timely updates and periodically update various trackers.
-Maintain and develop SOPs on work areas also able to perform RCA.
-Participate and front end the team on various BCP engagements related to work from office enablement, people redundancy, and communication.
-Participate in customer Audits, Questionnaires and RFPs.
-Actively participate in Testing and audit of Site Level Redundancies i.e., Core protection plan
-Maintain IT DR Policy at the Organization Level and monitor the creation of BCM plans around the policy.
-Lead the ISO 22301 BCM Certification from IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery perspective.
-Periodic maintenance of BC Plans and zero surprise operations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in engineering/information technology/Computer Science OR Graduate with technical certification
-Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and Accounts.
-Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact at all levels.
-Good critical thinking skills to resolve any conflicts within internal or external teams.

Preferred Skills

-Experience with IT processes as prescribed by ITIL methodology.
-Previous experience with vendor assessment BCP testing execution and plan implementation will be an add on advantage.
-Experience with developing and implementing BCP and Facility Utilization strategy for business applications.
-Expertise with replication, BCP programs.
-Preferred to a BC Planner with BCI, DRI, or other recognized organization.
-External certification in BCP/SU or facility management
