Key Responsibilties:
- Own end-to-end procurement of MEP categories, including Electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV, DG, and UPS systems.
- Manage actual buying and procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing across all categories.
- Handle indirect procurement requirements and lead commercial negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Procure and manage a wide range of bought-out items required for facility, infrastructure, warehousing, and office operations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, vendor empanelment, and standardization initiatives across mother hubs.
- Lead RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure timely procurement and execution to support aggressive hub launch and expansion timelines.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements.
- Manage both Capex and Opex procurement requirements across projects and operational functions.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, warranties, and AMC contracts to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, quality, and audit requirements across all locations.
- Partner closely with Projects, Design, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, supplier consolidation, and procurement efficiency enhancements.
- 8–15 years of experience in procurement, preferably within warehousing, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
