- Manage end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) access processes
- Ensure timely fulfilment of access requests as per defined SLAs
- Oversee daily BAU operations of the IDAM platform
- Coordinate with HR, IT, business teams and application owners
- Manage IAM vendor support and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with audit, ITGC and access governance requirements
- Review access reports, exceptions and periodic certifications
- Handle escalations related to access issues
- Maintain SOPs and support continuous process improvements
