Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Monitoring engineering team, managing recruitment, performance, and career growth.
  • Oversee global observability infrastructure, leveraging tools like Dynatrace and PagerDuty.
  • Establish operational metrics, SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote automation, self-healing capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage incident response and problem resolution for critical observability issues.
  • Collaborate with business partners to align observability operations with organizational needs.
  • Require strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container/Kubernetes environments, and scripting (Python, TypeScript).
  • Preferred experience includes leadership in pharma or tech, Agile practices, and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Essential soft skills: leadership, communication, teamwork, multitasking, and global virtual collaboration.
  • Professional certifications in Scrum/Agile and Dynatrace are advantageous.
