Senior Manager Influencer Partnership

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Influencer Partnership to lead and strengthen our influencer/creator partnerships while driving successful collaborations between brands and creators.

The role requires a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage partnerships from identification and negotiation through execution and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and creator networks.
• Build and maintain a strong and relevant creator network across lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, beauty, food, entertainment, and other consumer categories.
• Identify and onboard high-potential creators aligned with brand requirements and campaign objectives.
• Own the end-to-end influencer partnership process, including creator identification, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, briefing, execution, and closure.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, and other partnership terms with creators and talent managers.
• Develop long-term relationships with key creators to build a reliable and scalable talent ecosystem.
• Work closely with the Brand Partnerships, Client Servicing, Strategy, and Operations teams to match the right creators with relevant brand opportunities.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into effective creator partnership recommendations.
• Ensure creators are aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee campaign execution and proactively resolve creator-related challenges or escalations.
• Track creator performance, campaign outcomes, commercial efficiency, and partnership effectiveness.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company's creator database and talent pool.
• Identify emerging creators, content trends, and new opportunities within the influencer ecosystem.
• Develop partnership strategies to increase creator retention, repeat collaborations, and overall network value.
• Mentor and manage junior team members while establishing strong processes for influencer partnerships.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for new creator-led solutions, strategic partnerships, and account expansion

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, influencer partnerships, talent management, creator management, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
• Proven experience managing creator/influencer relationships at scale.
• Experience in negotiating creator commercials and partnership terms.
• Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
• Experience working with brands across FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food/QSR, entertainment, or consumer technology will be an advantage.
