About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager Influencer Marketing who will lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution, while managing key client relationships and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content strategy, and campaign performance, along with the ability to drive both creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Translate client briefs into impactful campaign ideas and execution plans
  • Work closely with Planning & Strategy teams to identify the right influencers and platforms
  • Build comprehensive campaign decks including creator selection, content approach, and media planning

2. End-to-End Campaign Management

  • Oversee execution of campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, approvals, and campaign milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Talent Procurement, Campaign Management)
  • Maintain high quality and consistency across all deliverables

3. Client Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during campaign execution
  • Present strategies, updates, and performance reports to clients
  • Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Handle escalations and provide proactive solutions

4. Influencer & Talent Coordination

  • Work closely with Talent/Creator teams to onboard relevant influencers
  • Ensure smooth communication of briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor influencer performance and ensure alignment with brand expectations

5. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor a team of Associates / Executives
  • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient team performance
  • Provide training and guidance on campaign execution and strategy

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions
  • Analyze performance data to derive insights and improve future campaigns
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations

7. Process & Efficiency Improvement

  • Streamline workflows across teams to improve turnaround time
  • Identify gaps in execution and implement process improvements
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of campaigns

Key Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / brand solutions
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, trends, and content formats
  • Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns and client relationships
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
