JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional Senior Manager/ AGM finance to lead and strengthen the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and invoicing function. The role will be responsible for end-to-end billing, revenue recognition, client invoicing, and collections governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across geographies
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensure alignment with contractual terms and client-specific billing requirements, Monitor revenue leakage and implement controls to plug gaps
- Invoicing & Billing Operations: Review of invoicing data from various platform internal and external, and approve client invoices across entities (US, India, Philippines), Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation in line with agreed SOWs, review data from projects, Handle complex billing scenarios (milestone-based, contingency, transaction based, special billing, one-time, FTE based, etc.)
- Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS 115), Work closely with auditors on revenue-related matters, Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory requirements
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and review monthly MIS reports around invoicing progress, monthly closure, AR collection, DSO, aging, and collection efficiency, Support leadership with data-driven decision-making
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with operations, sales, legal, and client teams for billing inputs and dispute resolution, manage client escalations related to invoicing and collections, Coordinate with global finance teams (US/PH/India)
- Process Improvement & Automation: Drive automation initiatives in billing and collections (ERP), Standardize processes and implement internal controls, Lead system enhancements and process optimization projects
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Education: CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Quick Book, Xero is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of invoicing processes
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
