Designation: Senior Manager - Workforce Management
Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements.
Monitor and analyze inflow, outflow, and workload volumes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
Track headcount against approved targets and identify staffing surpluses or shortages.
Perform capacity gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, scheduling, or productivity improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs.
Prepare workforce dashboards, reports, and MIS to provide actionable insights on capacity, utilization, productivity, and staffing trends.
Analyze historical trends and forecast future resource requirements using data-driven methodologies.
Support budget planning by providing headcount and capacity projections.
Continuously improve workforce planning processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.

Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning, and forecasting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
Experience With SQL For Data Extraction And Analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools for dashboard development.
Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, And Numerical Skills.

No 2: Sr Manager
Senior Manager - RCM Solutioning/Pricing
Develop end-to-end solution designs and commercial pricing for US Healthcare RCM services, including Patient Access, Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Charge Capture, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Payment Posting, Denials Management, Appeals, Credit Balance, and Patient Financial Services.
Build pricing models, effort estimations, staffing plans, productivity assumptions, and cost-benefit analyses for new business opportunities.
Lead the preparation and submission of RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission timelines.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Clinical SMEs, and Delivery teams to develop competitive, scalable, and profitable solutions.
Prepare capability presentations, solution documents, executive summaries, and client proposals.
Complete client questionnaires, benchmarking exercises, market surveys, and due diligence requests.
Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and margin assessments to support commercial decision-making.
Maintain pricing repositories, proposal libraries, standard assumptions, and reusable content for future pursuits.
Support client discussions, proposal clarifications, and commercial negotiations during the sales cycle.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks to enhance solution competitiveness.
Senior Manager - RCM Solutioning/Pricing
Strong understanding of end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
Experience In Solution Design, Commercial Pricing, And Financial Modeling.
Hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client surveys.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial models, scenario analysis, and data analysis.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations and proposal development.
Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Excellent Written Communication, Documentation, And Stakeholder Management Skills.
Ability to manage multiple pursuits and meet aggressive proposal deadlines.
