Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with 1012 years of expertise in IT/ITES companies
to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships,
negotiating contracts, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of IT hardware,
software, services, infrastructure and facility related sourcing.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1012 years of procurement experience in IT/ITES companies.
Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories: hardware, software licensing, cloud services,
telecom, and IT-enabled services.
Proven track record in vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
Familiarity with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Navision, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and IT-enabled solutions.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.
Vendor Management
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Process & Compliance
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry
standards.
Implement best practices in procurement processes, including e-procurement tools and
automation.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT teams to streamline procurement workflows.
Budget & Cost Control
Manage procurement budgets and track savings initiatives.
Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide regular reporting on procurement KPIs and spend analytics.
Risk Management
Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor dependency, supply chain disruptions, and
compliance.
Ensure business continuity through effective procurement planning.
