We have vacancy for - Division at TATTVAM - Indirect Tax

1. Drafting and vetting of replies to SCNs, appeals, submissions, and legal opinions

2. Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums

3. Handle complex GST advisory and litigation matters

4. Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy

5. Handling 7-8 members litigation team.

1. Strong knowledge of Indirect Tax / GST Law

2. Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills

3. Good communication and client-handling abilities

4. Willingness to travel for hearings

High professional ethics and ownership mindset

5. 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax (GST) Litigation & Advisory
