Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 25 - 40 dark stores, ensuring seamless

execution from inbound to dispatch.

Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch

processes with strict adherence to SLAs.

Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing

efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.

Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms,

audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.

Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while

standardizing SOPs across all nodes.

Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment across

throughput demands and extended-hour store formats.

Collaborate closely with Central Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve

escalations and remove operational bottlenecks.

Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive cost

efficiencies across the cluster.

Own operational performance reviews through structured dashboards, governance

cadence, and metric-driven accountability.

Support overall profitability goals by running high-efficiency, cost-conscious, and

scalable operations.

Are you who we're searching for

Qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalent

experience

Experience: 58+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations with

exposure to multi-site management

Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations inbound to dispatch

Proven experience managing large ground teams across multiple locations

Hands-on with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven operational reviews

Strong execution focus with ability to operate in high-volume, high-pressure

environments

Process-oriented mindset with experience enforcing SOPs and driving accountability

Comfortable managing cost metrics, shrinkage control, and operational P&L levers

Data-driven, ownership-focused, and built for scale
