We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.
Senior IAM Manager.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a senior IAM leader to lead and operate all Identity & Access Management services delivered from India, accountable for execution, service quality, and outcomes aligned to global IAM product priorities.
- This role reports directly to the Global Head of Digital Identity and is responsible for ensuring that the India IAM organization delivers against the roadmap, commitments, and priorities set by global Identity product owners.
- The role is primarily focused on service ownership, operational accountability, and people leadership, translating global direction into consistent, high-Quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Service Delivery & Accountability
End-to-end accountability for IAM services delivered from India, including but not limited to:
- Workforce Identity & Access
- Authentication, MFA, and SSO
- Identity lifecycle and access governance
- Directory services
- Ensure the India team delivers work owned and prioritized by global Identity product owners, with clear alignment to approved roadmaps.
- Own delivery outcomes, including quality, timeliness, and operational stability.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for IAM delivery or service issues arising from the region.
Execution Against Product Strategy:
Partner closely with global Identity product owners to:
- Plan, sequence, and execute delivery commitments
- Provide transparent status, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure regional execution aligns with global architecture, security standards, and operating models.
- Actively identify delivery risks and raise them early with product and leadership teams.
- Drive consistent execution without introducing local divergence in priorities or design.
Operational Ownership:
Own run-the-business responsibilities for IAM services delivered from India, including:
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Service health metrics, SLAs, and KPIs
- Ensure platforms are secure, stable, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- Support audits, control testing, and remediation activities related to IAM services.
People & Regional Leadership:
- Build and lead a senior IAM delivery organization in India.
- Set clear expectations on accountability, quality, and execution discipline.
- Develop managers and technical leaders, ensuring depth and succession within the team.
- Foster a strong delivery culture aligned with global Identity leadership expectations.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:
Partner with:
- Global IAM and Identity leadership
- Information Security and Risk teams
- Technology and application stakeholders
- Provide clear, executive ready updates on delivery progress, service health, and risks.
- Represent India IAM delivery in global forums with confidence and accountability.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of IAM domains including authentication, access governance, and directory services.
- Strong understanding of security controls, audit requirements, and operational risk.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and identity-centric security models.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership & Execution
- Strong accountability mindset — owns outcomes end-to-end.
- Comfortable operating with global stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Clear, concise communicator with executive presence.
- Disciplined, delivery-focused, and able to manage complexity at scale.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years in Identity & Access Management or enterprise security.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles with people and service accountability.
- Proven experience running enterprise IAM services, not just projects.
- Experience operating in global, product-led or platform-based models.
- Strong track record managing delivery through regional teams.
