What you'll own:
- The Sourcing Engine: Drive end-to-end rider hiring strategy across assigned cities to meet expansion targets.
- The P&L: Optimize rider cost metrics and ROI while ensuring a sustainable supply-demand balance.
- The Team: Lead on-ground sourcing teams, driving performance and accountability at scale.
Are you the one
- 3+ years in Last/First Mile sourcing or high-volume hiring.
- MBA preferred with advanced Excel (SQL is a plus).
- You thrive in high-growth environments where data drives every decision.
The Challenge: You will act as the single point of ownership for Last Mile sourcing performance. This means reducing attrition, improving rider quality, and enhancing hiring productivity through data-driven insights.
