Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (MOP, QOP & AOP):

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

2. Business Partnering:

Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support & Co own Business targets.

Building depth business operations and driving growth & Profitability.

3. Category Management:

Develop financial strategies to support inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.

Monitor and report on key metrics related to category profitability through pricing, margins and supply chain efficiency

Actively working with Business on optimising and solving for Working Capital

4. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.

Qualifications:

CA or MBA with relevant experience of 2-4 years

Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder & team management.

Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance and category management.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
