Role Overview
BRAHMA AI is looking for an experienced
Senior/ Manager - HR to help build a high-performance, people-first culture. The person will act as a strategic People Partner, driving employee engagement, performance management, culture initiatives, HR operations, and compliance. This role requires strong experience in high-growth, product-based tech environments, preferably AI or deep-tech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
- Support leaders with people analytics and workforce insights.
Performance & Talent Management
- Design and manage performance review cycles.
- Develop competency frameworks for AI/tech roles.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify high-potential talent and create development plans.
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and team capability building.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, innovation-driven culture.
- Drive engagement surveys and action planning.
- Lead initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.
- Support DEI and culture-building programs aligned with company values.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRMS management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR reporting dashboards.
- Standardize onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Manage employee relations and grievance resolution.
Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps in AI/ML, leadership, and cross-functional areas.
- Implement structured learning programs aligned with business needs.
- Support career pathing and internal mobility initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a product-based tech or AI company.
- Strong exposure to performance management, HRBP, and HR operations.
- Experience working with engineering, data science, and product teams.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Experience in scaling teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Exposure to global workforce practices is a plus.
