Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives across functions and business units. The role involves driving recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding, and team leadership to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for leadership, mid-level, and niche hiring requirements.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce planning.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment plans.
Drive sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking platforms.
Ensure strong candidate experience and maintain high standards of employer branding.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring productivity and process excellence.
Implement best practices, automation, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with recruitment partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring guidelines, and labor regulations.

Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline.
8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role.
Candidates having recruitment experience in the real estate domain will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in managing large-scale and leadership hiring across functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and market mapping.
