The HR Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of advanced HR analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. This role combines expertise in data analysis, HR practices, and business insights to support talent management, organizational development, and HR operational excellence.
Responsibilities
.Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
.Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and diversity initiatives.
.Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to understand organizational needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
.Design and implement data-driven strategies to improve HR processes and employee experience.
.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
.Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging analytics tools, and HR trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
.Manage and mentor a team of HR analysts or data specialists.
.Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field Master's degree preferred.
.Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
.Experience with HRIS systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
.Leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience in a senior HR analytics or data science role within a large organization.
.Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and ethical considerations related to data privacy.
.Certification in HR analytics or data science (e.g., SHRM-SCP, People Analytics certifications).
