Role and Responsibility:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and hiring strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
- Lead employee management initiatives, performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention programs.
- Drive talent management processes such as succession planning, competency mapping, career development, and high-potential employee identification.
- Conduct organizational culture analysis and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, diversity, and productivity.
- Build and manage high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, team management, organizational restructuring, and resource optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, employee records, and HRMS data accuracy.
- Supervise office administration, vendor management, facility maintenance, AMC contracts, and asset control.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping standards, security compliance, and employee well-being programs.
- Oversee IT asset management (laptops, mobiles, software subscriptions) and coordinate system support.
- Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports, workforce analytics, attrition reports, and management dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Qualification and Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration, with exposure to end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
- Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP platforms; ability to generate and analyze HR reports and MIS data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability in employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
