The Senior Manager Hospital Billing will oversee and manage all aspects of the hospital billing operations. Responsibilities include supervising billing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, monitoring revenue cycles, identifying process improvement opportunities, and conducting reporting and analysis. The role also entails working closely with clients, resolving escalations, and optimizing revenue recovery processes. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Coimbatore, India.

• Demonstrated expertise in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and denial management processes
• Proficiency in healthcare coding standards, regulatory compliance, and billing software
• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management leadership role
