Critical Success Factors:
- Qualification:BE / BTECH (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical with Industrial Safety Diploma / Masters in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution).
- OR BE / BTECH Safety Engineering.
- OR any other equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company.
- Core Responsibilities:Supporting the Health and Safety head in defining and deploying Health and Safety Programs in the respective cluster at TCPL.
- Executing and implementing all Health and Safety Measures across TCPL Offices, Factories, and Warehouses in the respective cluster.
- Ensuring safe operation without any H&S issues affecting the business.
- Creating and developing an H&S Culture across all sites and offices in the respective cluster.
- Partnering with location SPOCs and leaders to develop and implement strategies, policies, and services to improve health and safety standards.
- Conducting safety/environmental training/presentation/programs for different types of activities for all categories of employees/Workers.
- Developing H&S strategy and a roadmap for businesses to attain the Zero Harm goal.
- Ensuring compliance with existing H&S Policies and developing programs to achieve best-in-class H&S standards.
- Conducting safety audits, inspections, safety committee meetings, and preparing reports on incidents, providing statistical information to senior management continuously.
- Tracking and monitoring H&S-related corrective actions identified from risk assessments.
- Owning and delivering all projects related to H&S in the respective cluster at TCPL.

- Certifications & Skills:ISO 14001 & 45001 Lead / Internal Audit Certification.
- Analytical & People negotiation skills.
- Good awareness of Statutory requirements.
- Computer proficiency with SAP working knowledge.
