Senior Manager- Health insurance/ Digital Office

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive Agency premium in the assigned location for the Health business.
• Monitor and drive Agency business in the location through:
• Agency Recruitment
• Agent Activation
• Agent Productivity
• Agent Engagement Matrix
• Drive key agency metrics and ensure uniform practices across the location.
• Achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets as per defined business metrics.
• Provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective; periodically review, design, and implement business plans.
• Ensure renewals are achieved as per targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Agency channel sales (preferably Health Insurance/General Insurance/Life Insurance).
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to recruit, activate, and engage agents effectively.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
