Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Growth Manager / Sr. Manager to lead business expansion initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience in scaling B2B partnerships, preferably in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven environments.
The candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing market strategies, acquiring new clients, and driving long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Manage the complete sales and business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Track business performance metrics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, growth, partnerships, or business development.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech startups will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
