Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end program management across high-impact initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and projects
  • Drive the scale-up of the UG K-12 vertical to achieve 2x growth in school outreach through high-impact, multi-channel initiatives
  • Lead strategic planning, research, and performance tracking for new and existing growth initiatives, building data-driven dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Own the strategy and operations for all events within the growth vertical, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Conceptualize and launch new IPs targeted at high school students, designing full-funnel journeys across CRM, messaging, and calling workflows to maximize conversion
  • Represent Masters Union at sessions and career fairs, delivering engaging experiences and strengthening the brand's on-ground presence
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with students, internal teams, partner schools, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution across all touchpoints
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure timely lead capture and CRM uploads post-events, enabling efficient follow-ups and conversion tracking

Skills & Attributes:

  • High energy, proactive, self-starter and takes complete ownership of assigned workstreams
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders - from back-office staff and vendors to employees and senior team members
  • Prior experience in strategy and operations, consulting role (Ex MBB) or past experience in high scale startups.
  • Excel - advanced
