About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused professional to manage strategic enterprise accounts and drive long-term customer value. Unlike traditional Customer Success roles that focus on managing a high volume of accounts, this role requires deep engagement with a smaller portfolio of strategic customers. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding business challenges, solving use cases, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. This role is suited for professionals who are consultative, proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about driving customer outcomes in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise accounts
  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and overall account growth
  • Understand customer pain points and business objectives to build value-driven solutions
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion conversations
  • Conduct business reviews, strategic discussions, workshops, and product adoption sessions
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure customer success
  • Track customer health metrics, engagement, and adoption trends proactively
  • Resolve escalations with a problem-solving and consultative approach
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for customer stakeholders
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business impact

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Customer Success, Growth, or Account Management roles

Required Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand customer use cases
  • Experience handling enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CX, SaaS, Automation, or AI-based platforms is preferred
