About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager – Growth to own paid acquisition and funnel performance across Even's businesses. You'll manage meaningful monthly budgets across Google and Meta, be accountable for CAC and revenue, and decide where the next rupee of growth comes from. This role is ideal for someone who treats marketing as a numbers problem first and a creative problem second.

What You'll Do

• Own performance marketing end to end across Google Ads and Meta — strategy, structure, budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages.
• Be accountable for CAC, conversion rate, and revenue per channel — not just leads and CPLs.
• Build and run a weekly experimentation cadence: new audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels, with clean readouts on what worked.
• Work with the data team to strengthen attribution and measurement (UTMs, offline conversions, cohort-level reporting).
• Partner with brand, design, and product teams to ship high-converting creatives and landing pages fast.
• Scale what works: turn winning experiments into always-on channels with clear guardrails.

What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing / growth, with hands-on ownership of Google and Meta campaigns at scale.
• A degree from a top-tier institute (IIT / IIM / BITS / ISB / NIT or equivalent).
• Strong analytical chops — comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and funnel math; you make decisions from data, not opinion.
• A track record of improving CAC or conversion measurably in a consumer business.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.

Good to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other high-consideration consumer categories.
• Familiarity with landing-page experimentation, marketing automation, and offline conversion tracking.
