Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Governance, Risk Management (GRM) to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for overseeing the organization's GRC strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing risks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of GRC professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on GRC performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs on GRC policies and procedures for employees across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
