Senior Manager GRM

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Conducting business reviews, analyzing data and providing insights

· Be part of a team focused on identifying, monitoring, and communicating risks in the firm's operations in India to drive efficiencies and solve problems

· Be a credible, independent business partner to management. Define strategies and lead change management

· Problem-solve to identify and report material deficiencies in internal controls, opportunities to enhance business operations and suggest new ways of working to close gaps in the business

· Be an internal consultant, living up to GRM's motto of Make ABI Better

2 Stakeholder Management

· Day-to-day interactions with Senior Management within ABI India and also with Global and Zone leaders;

· Understand and balance diverse stakeholder perspectives and requirements in order to do what's right for ABI;

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Education level and/ or experience

· Qualified CA/ MBA Finance from a top college (India/abroad) with 8+ years of experience ideal

Skills and/or knowledge

· A go-getter with an eye for detail, an influencer to facilitate cross-functional interactions

· Finance and Accounting Knowledge

· Data Analytics and Visualization
