About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on creative planner who can not only ideate and strategize but also execute
and collaborate across campaigns, manage timelines and help structure creative workflows.
You are Responsible for
You will:
Interpret creative briefs and design key visuals into platform-first formats for brand, digital
and performance marketing
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative output, personalization,
and campaign efficiency
Experiment with new creative formats, platforms, and messaging strategies
Ensure the final output is aligned with the brand's visual identity, visually strong, and
communicates the right proposition
Have a strong eye for layout, typography, design balance, and brand consistency
Assist in structuring creative workflows, guiding junior creatives, and ensuring
consistency across campaigns
To succeed in this role you should have the following

Be passionate about using AI tools and creative technologies and integrate them into your
work
Be comfortable switching between high-level creative strategy and detailed campaign
execution
Be collaborative, organised, and timeline-driven
Have a good eye for design interpretation and layout quality
Mandatory Skills
Strong Graphic/Brand Design foundation with 5+ years of work experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Proficiency in AI tools like Runway, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, Descript
Understanding of design systems, scale, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythm
High attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured timelines
Desirable Skills

Presentation & storytelling skills
Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics and audience
engagement
Bonus: Motion graphics & video editing
